As an IT support engineer I was good at explaining complex technical concepts in a way that was easy for non-technical people to understand and work with. This eventually lead to focusing on creating product documentation, how-to articles and explainer videos.Books are a lifelong passion - they feed my curiosity about the world. I also enjoyed reading to my children when they were young, which was a lot of fun for all of us.My hobbies are playing jazz, photography, airbrush painting, and camping among the big trees in the Pacific Northwest.
